	Boaz Rahav Managing Director 212.607.5427 brahav@nesec.com Mr. Rahav joined Northeast Securities in January 2005 as Managing Director and Head of the Institutional Brokerage operations. In this role, he is heading the Group’s cash management unit, utilizing over 14 years of market experience in the global capital markets. Mr. Rahav also oversees all aspects of fixed income trading, institutional brokerage activity and management transition. Prior to joining Northeast, Mr. Rahav was the Founding Partner of the AMIDEX Funds, where he served from 1999 to 2001 as Portfolio Manager for the AMIDEX35, the AMIDEX Israel Technology and the AMIDEX Cancer Innovations & Healthcare mutual funds. From 1996 to 1998 Mr. Rahav served as Chief Economist for the Government of Israel Ministry of Finance in New York, where he was involved in the issuance of over $10 Billion in debt instruments. He was also involved in monitoring the State of Israel’s foreign debt and refinancing structures. Previously, he worked for a large institutional brokerage house in Israel as an equity and derivatives Trader. In 1994 he was appointed as Portfolio Manager for the Firm’s mutual funds unit. From 1987 to 1991 Mr. Rahav served in the Intelligence Wing of the Israeli Air Force as Staff Sergeant. Mr. Rahav was recognized by the New York Times as one of the best portfolio managers in 2001, and was interviewed live on popular TV shows, such as CNN fn, Fox News Live with Neil Cavuto and the CNBC morning show. He has a business degree from Tel Aviv College of Business and an MBA (Cum Laude) from the New York Institute of Technology. He also holds his NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.
	Adi Raviv Managing Director 212.607.5428 ariviv@nesec.com Mr. Adi Raviv joined Northeast Securities, Inc. in April 2006 as Managing Director and Head of the firm’s Alternative Investments Group (AIG). Prior to joining Northeast, Adi served as the Chief Operating Officer of Straus Capital Group, LLC, a family office located in Hackensack, New Jersey. At this growing family office, his time and efforts were focused primarily on the investment portfolio which had a significant allocation to alternative investments (in excess of 40%) and fixed income (approximately 40%). From 2002-2004, Mr. Raviv served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Wireless Data, Inc., a public company that provided wireless transaction delivery and gateway services to the payments processing industry. Prior to USWD, from 1999-2001, Adi was the Co-Chairman and CFO of THCG, Inc., a public technology merchant banking firm. Mr. Raviv spent over 12 years in Investment Banking after attaining his MBA. He worked as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers from 1987-1993 and then served as the head of Global Investment Banking at Oscar Gruss & Son Inc. from 1994-1996. From 1996-2001, Adi was a Managing Director of Tower Hill Securities, Inc., the successor of the U.S. investment banking arm of Hambros Bank Limited. A member of the Boards of Directors of a public company (member of their audit committee) and a private company, and the trustee of a liquidating trust, Mr. Raviv also serves on the Boards of Directors of The American Friends of the Hebrew University- National and Greater New York. Adi received his MBA, Finance and International Business, with honors from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business in 1987 and his bachelor’s degree, International Relations, with honors from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1981. He lives with his wife (a practicing physician) and three daughters in New York City.

Since 1987, he has helped over 100 plan sponsors save money through commission recapture and transition management, and is one of the true pioneers of this concept. Prior to his career in brokerage, he worked in the Financial Institutions Group of Standard & Poors. He holds the series 7 and 63 licenses and has a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois.

He is heading the Group's REPO activity as well as its operations and administrative functions. Mr. Iorga holds a B.S. in Operations Research from Cornell University's School of Engineering.
