Mr. Rahav joined Northeast Securities in January 2005 as Managing Director and Head of the Institutional Brokerage operations. In this role, he is heading the Group’s cash management unit, utilizing over 14 years of market experience in the global capital markets. Mr. Rahav also oversees all aspects of fixed income trading, institutional brokerage activity and management transition.

Prior to joining Northeast, Mr. Rahav was the Founding Partner of the AMIDEX Funds, where he served from 1999 to 2001 as Portfolio Manager for the AMIDEX35, the AMIDEX Israel Technology and the AMIDEX Cancer Innovations & Healthcare mutual funds.

From 1996 to 1998 Mr. Rahav served as Chief Economist for the Government of Israel Ministry of Finance in New York, where he was involved in the issuance of over $10 Billion in debt instruments. He was also involved in monitoring the State of Israel’s foreign debt and refinancing structures.

Previously, he worked for a large institutional brokerage house in Israel as an equity and derivatives Trader. In 1994 he was appointed as Portfolio Manager for the Firm’s mutual funds unit.

From 1987 to 1991 Mr. Rahav served in the Intelligence Wing of the Israeli Air Force as Staff Sergeant.

Mr. Rahav was recognized by the New York Times as one of the best portfolio managers in 2001, and was interviewed live on popular TV shows, such as CNN fn, Fox News Live with Neil Cavuto and the CNBC morning show. He has a business degree from Tel Aviv College of Business and an MBA (Cum Laude) from the New York Institute of Technology. He also holds his NASD Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses.

John Toothill has been working with plan sponsors for almost 20 years. Since 1987, he has helped over 100 plan sponsors save money through commission recapture and transition management, and is one of the true pioneers of this concept. Prior to his career in brokerage, he worked in the Financial Institutions Group of Standard & Poors. He holds the series 7 and 63 licenses and has a degree in Economics from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Iorga joined Northeast's Institutional Services Group in January, 2006. He is heading the Group's REPO activity as well as its operations and administrative functions. Mr. Iorga holds a B.S. in Operations Research from Cornell University's School of Engineering. He is also licensed for the Series 7, and 66
