Benchmark is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northeast Securities and is a registered investment advisor with the Securities & Exchange Commission. The advisory is managed by its two principals, Lorraine DiPaolo and Richard Zorn. Each of these professional money managers has more than 35 years of Wall Street experience; they have successfully run Benchmark for more than 14 years.

Richard Whitman, a long time partner of Lorraine and Dick from their prior firm, rejoined them at Northeast and brought his asset management business and expertise to Northeast. Richard operates from our Fort Lee, New Jersey office, which was opened by his joining the firm.

With over $300 million in assets under management, Benchmark provides its clients with individualized investment programs that are fully managed by the principals according to a specific set of objectives, jointly determined with the client. Programs may be all equity, all fixed income, a specific combination individualized to meet the client's needs, or a fully balanced approach.

Benchmark operates from our 100 Wall Street and Fort Lee, New Jersey offices. Results are reported to clients in detail on a quarterly basis in a customized report and in summary on a monthly basis through brokerage statement.
